This can be a prime growing region for beets with its fertile soil and ideal combination of sun and rain fall. Once harvested our beets travels just miles to our processing facilities. Aunt Nellie’s Sliced Pickled Beets are seasonally grown and harvested fresh at the peak of ripeness and prepared just miles from where they are grown. We prepare our beets so you’ll enjoy Farm Fresh Goodness at its very best! “Seasonally grown” means that every year, generally in late April, we plant our beets and then let them grow and mature until August when the harvest begins. In a typical year all of our beets are harvested before Thanksgiving. We are 100% focused on delivering the highest quality beets.
